The four main users of CaveQuest are the real estate professionals who can operate the system on behalf of the landlord, the landlords, the contractors, and the tenants. These four users vary in their interaction with the system and play diverse roles in the collaborative process. The real estate professionals are most likely to purchase the enterprise or the pro version. The sign up process for users is hassle free and requires a few easy steps. The users are required to input their basic information, such as their names, email address, city, phone number, zip code, state, and country of residence. After your account has been created, you can immediately start garnering the immense benefits of the platform.

The Administrators of the software are permitted to add and manage users, search and sort users by name, mobile number, addresses, and email addresses, and delete users which are no longer employing the system.

The software allows the landlords to:

  • Manage and edit all property information
  • Manage and edit rent and rental agreements
  • Search property by location, type, price and more filters
  • Add/edit property (property types include: apartment, condo, single family house, townhouse, manufactured), with comprehensive information, such as the complete address, photos, descriptions, year when built, square feet, whether pets are allowed, interior and room features, fireplace information, availability of a laundry room, yard, porch, garden, and parking, tax information, schools and hospitals in the vicinity, lease/rent, nearby locations, appliances allowed, building type, security and access, facilities and recreation, Rent
  • Send notifications: tenant notification; renew rental agreement, monthly payment notification, etc.

  • Rate and view a contractor’s ratings
  • Auto-schedule utilities, insurance, tax and mortgage payments, and auto-pay maintenance and repair services.
  • Post listings to classified sites, such as craigslist.org, west side rentals, hot pads, and social media, such as FB, Twitter, Instagram, IM, groups, or G+
